Arrive on time, did a great job
Excellent job cleaning four of my oriental rugs. Two of them had silk in them and they made sure they had the correct cleaning product to do the job. All my rugs look brand new and they are 30 years old! The fringe is very clean and was not damaged during the process. Thank you all so much for this service you provide. Also, the rugs are delivered wrapped in paper so they don’t get dirty during delivery. Highly recommend!

Tara was welcoming and professional from the moment she answered the phone. I had used Chem Dry in Decatur before they closed the Decatur office. Normally the Huntsvile franchise does not service Decatur, but Tara came up with a solution. We also cleaned the carpet at my husband’s office while they were in our area. Stephen, the technician was professional and kind, plus he worked hard to ensure he got several stubborn stains out of our carpet. I highly recommend Huntsville Chem Dry. The cost was worth every penny I spent.

Just wanted to let you know the young man just left my house from cleaning the spot of sweet potatoes from my wool rug and it looks great!! It was so fast and easy and I’m so happy it all came out. I am so lucky to have found Huntsville Chem-Dry!! From the moment I contacted them using their online contact form, I have been impressed with their responsiveness and ease of scheduling the pick up and return of my carpets. I had two runners and a large round carpet cleaned, I have two beautiful dachshunds so I had them cleaned for possible urine stains, just to be on the safe side… To my delight, they contacted me just 5 days later to let me know my carpets were cleaned and ready to be returned! I was expecting a couple of weeks based on experience with other rug cleaning companies. I will definitely be using their services again and again and highly recommend them!! They were a joy to work with, very sweet and friendly, and I am a very satisfied customer!!
